Can I wear this brace directly under a tight t-shirt?
The brace is designed with a low profile, but because of the structural reinforcement from the 4 steel bars, it is best worn over a light t-shirt, tank top, or undershirt. This protects your skin from friction and keeps the brace clean for longer.
How many hours a day should I wear this?
We recommend starting with 20 to 30 minutes a day to give your back muscles time to adapt to the new alignment. Gradually increase by 10 minutes a day. Do not wear it for more than 2 hours continuously, as your core muscles still need to work on their own.
How do I wash and maintain the brace?
To preserve the high-elastic fibers and steel support system, hand wash the brace in cold water with mild soap. Press out excess water between towels (do not twist or wring) and lay flat to dry in the shade. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.

1.Crucial Sizing Instruction: Do not choose based on your shirt or pants size. Use a flexible tape to measure your waist circumference at the belly button. Our structural vests run snug; if you are between sizes, we strongly recommend choosing one size up.

For hygiene reasons, all pillows — including car pillows, neck supports, and cushions — are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once purchased, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Please choose carefully before completing your order.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
