How to Wear It
1. Position and secure the waist base — Slip your arms through the shoulder loops like a vest. Pull the wide abdominal band around your lower back and secure the main Velcro closure.
2. Engage the shoulder straps — Reach back for the shoulder tension straps and pull them forward until your shoulders are drawn into a comfortable, upright position.
3. Lock in the fit — Fasten the straps to the front waist panel. You should be able to breathe and move your arms freely — if anything pinches under your arms, loosen the straps slightly.
FAQs
Can I wear this under a tight t-shirt?
It's designed with a low profile, but because of the steel bar reinforcement, it's best worn over a light t-shirt or undershirt — this protects your skin and keeps the brace cleaner for longer.
How long should I wear it each day?
We suggest starting with 20–30 minutes a day so your back and core can adjust, gradually building up in 10-minute increments. We don't recommend wearing it continuously for more than 2 hours at a time, so your core muscles keep doing their own work too.
How do I clean it?
Hand wash in cold water with a mild soap. Press out excess water between towels (don't wring) and lay flat to dry in the shade. Avoid machine washing or tumble drying to protect the elastic and steel stays.
Sizing
Don't size based on your usual shirt size — measure your waist circumference at the belly button with a flexible tape. This brace fits snugly; if you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Pillows (Including Car Pillows)
For hygiene reasons, all pillows — including car pillows, neck supports, and cushions — are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once purchased, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Please choose carefully before completing your order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
